Return and exchange

Terms of return or exchange:

Return and exchange of goods is carried out within 7 days from the date of receipt. You can send a return using a transport company convenient for you, Russian post, or bring it personally to our retail store. Return is possible only if the trade dress of the returned product is preserved (the item was not in use, all seals, tags and labels that are attached to the product are preserved). Along with the returned product, you must send us the original return application (the form is attached a little lower). The Buyer pays for shipping for returned products.

We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving it. After processing, we will send the data for a refund to the bank or another product to replace you.


Refunds are always made only to the bank card with which the payment was made on our website. The term for crediting funds is usually from 3 to 14 days (the term for crediting depends on the Bank that issued your bank card).

After sending the return, you need to write to us at the email address zakazmanic@yandex.ru, attach a photo of the receipt or receipt of shipment, which contain the tracking number. And also write the order number and full name. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please indicate this in your return request.
