Return of goods

Terms of return of goods:

The return of the product is carried out within 7 calendar days from the date of its receipt at the warehouse of our store. You can send a refund using a transport company that is convenient for you or bring it personally to our retail store. Returns are possible only if the presentation and consumer properties of the returned products are preserved, including that the product does not show signs of wear (damage, dirty stains, persistent unpleasant odor, deformations), the original presentation and all factory labels, tags, seals, and original packaging are preserved. The Buyer pays for the shipment of the returned products.

We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving it. After processing, we will send the data for a refund to the bank.


Refunds are always made only to the bank card with which the payment was made on our website. The term for crediting funds usually ranges from 3 to 14 days (the term for crediting depends on the Bank that issued you the bank card and in some cases can reach up to 30 days).

After sending the refund, you will need to email us at zakazmanic@yandex.ru , attach a photo of the receipt or shipping receipt that contains the tracking number. And also write the order number and full name.
